Clare Lahey
Assistant Director & Teacher
Clare Lahey has always wanted to be a community helper, working with children and families. She began her teaching journey at Algonquin College in the Bachelor of Early Learning and Community Development (BELCD) program, where she was placed at The Orleans Preschool for mentorship. It was evident that Clare made a great fit for the preschool and the team. In 2018 Clare began working as the Program Assistant at TOPS and in 2019 moved into a teacher role. Clare changed her schooling focus and is now completing her Early Childhood Education diploma online at Algonquin College. Clare is the Assistant Director, and teaches the Half-Day Preschool program, the Toddler program, and all Full-Day preschoolers in the afternoon.
